Asif really helped me think through my goals and take positive measures to achieve them. He was firm as needed, but also very sensitive and helpful.  He helped me achieve a more relaxed demeanor which in turn assisted me to do better at work and outside of work. It was a learning process and Asif made it a pleasant experience with his patience and support.

Asif was God-sent. He helped me prioritize what was important in my personal and professional space. He introduced me to the concepts of being present and making space. He helped me to guide me to surround myself with people and tasks that were good for me and for my goals while eliminating the energy involved in tasks and relationships that were not. I have gone from doing the things that I thought I needed to do, in a very hurried, disconnected and driven way to being the person that I always knew I was and wanted to be but just didn't think I could or should be.-

Asif is a skillful coach who, with his insightful questions and great listening skills, helped me pinpoint my greatest challenges in maximizing my efforts to accomplish my life goals; helped me set my priorities straight, and was instrumental in helping me put together a step-by-step plan to help me get unstuck in certain areas of my Life. This also included taking a break from work career to sit back and think about what career I want to pursue ahead.

So after 10 years of working, I gave myself a few months to think through so that once i start my journey again, there is no turning back. Today, it is satisfying to see 8 wonderful years of a successful work career only because I chose one that really interests me. Am gladly a happier and evolved work professional which also then results in a more sought after personal life.
